We Miss Tina!
If you remember from one of the first posts, Tina is the nurse that has been so helpful in Derrek and Chris's ordeal. She calls in record time with test results, comments and to make appointments. When the surgery was scheduled, we were all sad to hear that Tina would be on vacation on the 17th. She has been so instrumental in moving this along. Even more unfortunate is the fact that she's already on vacation. So tomorrow is Thursday and we still haven't heard the results of the blood test on Monday. Tina DEFINITELY would have let us know what was going on by now. I'm sure there is nothing to worry about and everything is on track and no news is most likely good news but we miss Tina. For real.

Barry and I are so grateful for the GIFT. It has been inspiring to see how a group of friends has bonded in support of Chris's cause.
As a mom of two boys ( and not a girly-girl) I can't wait to meet your son. He'll be dressed dapperly, I'm sure. paula
