Can I Kick It?

Oh man, the magic of Blake’s soccer games is quickly fleeting. Just a month ago, he was out for blood, remember? Now, all he cares about is that he’s the guy that gets to kick it in once it goes out of bounds. As you can imagine, the ball goes out of bounds about every 10 to 15 seconds. As soon as the ball has made contact with the line, Blake’s hand is straight up in the air and he is running towards the coach shouting, “Can I kick it in?! Can I kick it in?! Can I kick it in?!” He still played a great game but if he only understood he had a better chance to be that kid to SCORE if he didn’t kick it in, we’d be better off. Okay, maybe I’d be better off.
